Community Concern Trust aspires to empower communities to act and to participate in their own development. It is rooted in the belief that community problems can best be addressed through actions that are designed, implemented, and owned by communities.

We aim to ensure sustainable livelihoods. We work towards alleviating hunger and malnutrition, limited access to education and other basic services, social discrimination and exclusion especially for various social groups that bear disproportionate burden of poverty.
